Shipping

1. We are happy to send the ordered goods abroad after the previous arrangements, regarding the terms of delivery and costs, made in email correspondence.
2. Shipments are made by certified mail or DPD courier – having received prepayment from you into our bank account, by PayPal system or by DPD.
3. In the event the product does not meet your expectations we accept the returns or complaints once the items sent back is complete, e.g. including the pads for the bras.
4. We reserve the right not to accept the return or complaints of the goods without the informative tags that have been attached to the product at the time of the purchase.
5. The cost of standard shipment, returned or exchanged product by customer’s fault (e.g. mismatched size) are at your charge.

In the event of the whole ordered goods return the vendor returns,by transfer,only the value of the purchased items into the designated PayPal account.
