Terms and Conditions:

1. Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use of them and unauthorized access to them.
2. E-mail address is needed in order to place an order in our shop.We reserve the right to refuse orders from the customers who specify an incorrect address.
3. All the prices in the shop are retail prices.
4. Orders are realized regardless of itsquantity and value.
5. Delivery of the ordered goods takes up to 7 working days from the date of confirmation of order by the customer.
   
   Unless the order can be processed or the period of waiting for the goods is longer than the 7 working days, we will notify you of this fact by e-mail.
6. Merchandise offered in our shop comes from legitimate source and is brand-new.
7. Before receiving the consignment you should check whether the packaging has not been damaged in transit (the tapes have not been removed).Shall the packaging bear the hallmarks of damage or the tapes be broken you are asked to draw up a protocol of the missing items, in the presence of the supplier (postman, courier) and contact the dealer as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Verification of the consignment on receipt is essential to take into account any customer’s claims.
8. The purchased goods may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will be happy to accept such items in its original packaging, with all tags attached, unused and devoid of odors(perfumes, smoke, food smells).The fact of withdrawal should be reported to the salesperson or by phone.Please be informed that the transportation costs to send back goods are at your charge.
9. The purchased goods may be returned unless such items are unused, devoid odor, with all tags attached. The costs of exchanging goods, by no fault of our company, are at your charge.

   10. For product exchange or return please send the items securely packed so that they could not get damaged. Please attach a bill of sale in the parcel.
